Please take note that there is a compulsory gala dinner on 24th December and 31st December. Children aged 5 to 12 years old are offered a 50% discount off their meal.
Cancellation Policy Grand Balisani Suites Resort Bali Kuta
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11 % Tax is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs USD 5.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
