Reservation Policy The Somerville- Five Gold Award Guest accommodation
Group bookings, including stag and hen parties, are not accepted by the hotel. Any group booking, or multiple separate bookings, will be cancelled without refund.
The hotel will make additional charges if the non-smoking policy is broken.
The hotel will add a small additional charge for payment via credit card.
Cancellation Policy The Somerville- Five Gold Award Guest accommodation
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 15.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 22.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 14 years are charged GBP 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
